EL3V8 / EMPIRE Distribution Agreement

Before submitting music for distribution through the EL3V8 / EMPIRE platform, please review and acknowledge the following terms.

Distribution Terms

By checking the box below, I acknowledge and agree that:

1. I am the owner of, or have the legal authority to distribute, the music I am submitting.
2. I authorize EL3V8 Associates to distribute my submitted recordings through its distribution partnership with EMPIRE.
3. Net revenue generated from distributed recordings will be divided as follows:
   • 80% to the Artist
   • 20% to EL3V8 Associates
4. The EL3V8 distribution share is intended to cover distribution-related costs, including the distribution fee charged by EMPIRE, as well as the administration, management, and support provided throughout the distribution process.
5. I understand that EL3V8 may provide release planning, marketing recommendations, strategic guidance, metadata management, and other distribution-related support. These services are intended to maximize the success of each release.
6. I understand that submitting music through the portal does not guarantee acceptance for distribution. EL3V8 reserves the right to decline distribution of any recording at its sole discretion.
7. I confirm that my submission does not knowingly infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of any third party and that I have all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and approvals required to distribute the submitted material.
8. I understand that I retain ownership of my master recordings, publishing, and copyrights unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
9. I understand that this agreement applies only to the recordings I submit for distribution through the EL3V8 / EMPIRE platform and does not create an exclusive recording agreement between myself and EL3V8 Associates.
10. I acknowledge that once a release has been submitted to EMPIRE and/or digital streaming platforms, modifications, updates, or takedown requests may require additional processing time and remain subject to the policies and procedures of EMPIRE and the individual digital service providers.
